  • İş Bank -Incomplete housing loan provides housing loan opportunity up to 10 years
  • For Turkey and TRNC citizens can apply for 75% of the whole price
  • Scandinavian and German customers can apply for 65%
  • Iranian customers can apply for 50%
  • 30% down payment – 60% until June 2021 (Project completion) interest free payment to Kıbrıs Developments – 10% at key handover
